Chapter 12 in Leadership in the Australian Context

I wrote chapter 12 in Leadership in the Australian Context: Case Studies in Leadership (Dalglish and Evans, first edition 2007) during my MBA days under the guidance of my supervisors, Dr. Carol Dalglish and Professor Peter Evans.

My chapter/leadership research was based on Kevin Rudd, who was a member of parliament, a backbencher in the opposition party at the time of the interview. My analysis of his potential to become an Australian leader was proven correct. His party won the national election and he became Australia’s Prime Minister after the book was published.

As stated in the book.
